Dear reader,

Great news! We are very pleased to announce that we have opened a fourth ADM office. After Ghent, Brussels and Leuven, we decided to have a stronger presence in Antwerp as well.

We have entrusted the running of our new office to a thoroughbred from Antwerp, Frédérique Bruggeman.

With nearly 40 years of corporate experience, Frédérique can look back on a rich and exciting international career. Now, she chose to take up a new challenge with ADM and use her added value to market the experience of freelance entrepreneurs.

No age to entrepreneurship

It has always been our belief that there is no age on entrepreneurship. With the employment of Frédérique, we are once again putting our money where our mouth is.

Let this be a clear signal to the labor market in its entirety. After all, although the government may loudly claim that it wants to keep senior profiles active as long as possible, age still remains the most significant discriminating factor in the labor market.

At ADM, we are all entrepreneurs. Even better, often, along the way, we discover the entrepreneurial potential of many talents and help put themselves out of their comfort zone. To help them become better and more accomplished as professionals and human beings.

Together with Frédérique, we select higher independent interim profiles based on experience, capabilities and entrepreneurship. We present companies with talents that aim for the very best. They are not there at the expense of others. They come, fulfill assignments and leave for new ones. They leave and hand over a situation which the the client will be able to use and develop further in the future.

Advantages that make a difference

The Antwerp office follows the same principles as our other locations: entrepreneurial, no nonsense, client driven and friendly are the values. We are fast, precise and flexible. Our moral compass points in the right direction. Not a “we win you lose” game. But a community moving forward collectively.

A society as a whole, moves forward when people do what they are good at.

The employer … not a motivator

And better yet, those who are good at what they do and can do it in a fulfilling way do not need motivating words from their employer or client. If an employer needs to motivate you, it’s best to leave the company as soon as possible. That’s music to the ears of Interim Managers. After all, they don’t choose the employer, they choose the assignment.

Companies therefore increasingly appreciate driven independents who are there to guarantee the continuity of a company or to bring in a certain expertise. The Interim Manager gives his 100% because he chooses the challenge.

Forget ownership of, it’s all about access to talent.

This too is without doubt a “moral guide” to live by. Younger people have a totally different view of property. They often experience less of a need to appropriate something. This implies they certainly no longer feel “owned” by their work or client. Company managers, in turn, feel relieved by the fact that we select the right talents for them. Let’s cherish this healthy evolution together! A world where individual development flows seamlessly into collective projects and this for the greater good of all.
