Treat yourself to a personal revolution

Many revolutionary initiatives throughout history are associated with spring. Think of the Springtime of the Peoples in 1848, the Portuguese Carnation Revolution of 1974, the Prague Spring of 1968, and the Arab Spring of 2010. Although they didn't all occur in springtime, they often began earlier and reached their peak later.

Although they didn’t all occur in springtime, they often began earlier and reached their peak later.

Their association with spring stems from its high symbolic value: a (re)birth, the blooming of something new. They all exuded an incredible confidence in something new, a fresh perspective on the world. Yet, some paid the price for their audacity to dream and take action, even with their own lives.

Today, spring, in terms of nature, seems distant from us. The gloomy weather doesn’t immediately inspire enthusiasm or optimism. But still…

Daredevils

Among some of you reading this, there undoubtedly arises a longing for something new, something different. A certain hunger for new professional experiences. A strength to venture into the unknown, stronger than the inclination to cling to familiar comfort. Do you feel the itch? Trust me, then you’re on the right track.

Recently, Michelin stars were once again awarded in Belgium. When asked what all the present colleagues had in common, one of the renowned chefs replied without hesitation: “we are all daredevils.” People who dare to strive for a second, or even a third star. While they can never say with certainty how long their success will last. Or people who dare to open a second or even third establishment. They know that standing still without entrepreneurial spirit or creativity is akin to regression.

SprIMtime

It literally stands out. The “IM” here stands for Interim Manager. But perhaps it also stands for Ingenious Move or… how about Indomitable Motivation? Innovative Mindset? Perhaps the time is ripe to breathe new life into your career or your own business. It’s springtime, time to Pair the best Projects with the best Profiles!
