Who still surprises you positively? Who motivates you to do better? Where did these unexpected sources of inspiration come from, recently or less, that gave you this new nudge or boost? I asked myself this question at the end of the year that is approaching. Not to look back, but to look to the future, to set a new horizon.

In my 2026 inspirations, I will certainly take the best young potentials, who, from the first quarter of next year, will have the opportunity to submit their business idea to us. Through a unique competition, you will select with us the person who seems to present the best idea. We will then offer them the regular advice of Interim Managers to enable them to transform their project into a sustainable company (more info and details to follow soon).

Indeed, with their in-depth experience of companies at all stages of their life, whether it is mergers, transfers or restructuring, they have enormous potential. They will be very relevant in providing sound advice to budding entrepreneurs whom we want to support in their approach, as we already support them, in another way, through the Goodwill Cup.

As you read these lines, your thoughts are probably already on the holidays that are approaching. A trip to recharge your batteries? Family parties to relax, have fun? A few ski slopes to let off steam for body and mind?

Everyone has their own way of enjoying the magic and serenity of the end-of-year celebrations to look to the future, starting with the new year that is just around the corner. However, it is up to us to share a single motto: let us trust in the future, because whatever we say, WE will create it!
